The main takeaway on the second half is that while a v—e does provide immunity for a period of time, it ultimately is leaving the most vulnerable for severe illness more at risk because true herd immunity is gone. It also is not allowing adults to continually be “boosted” via natural exposures to kids with the illness, putting them more at risk for shingles. 

We’ve got ourselves into a bit of a condundrum.
